Where: Donation Room (Located on the south side of our building, 1045 West 146th St. Suite A)
When: Every day (including weekends) from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
What: Everything (within reason) except furniture and large appliances!
How: Simply leave your donation items inside the Donation Room
Please use our MHC Donation Room located on the south side of our building (closest to the school) under a blue awning. Simply pull (don't turn!) the handle and you can leave any items you wish to donate inside. There are three different color bins labeled: Housewares, Baby Pantry, and Food Pantry. If what you have to donate doesn't fall into these categories, don't worry! If you leave your items anywhere in the Donation room, we will make sure they get where they need to go. We try to make it as easy as possible to donate and help families in need! Our donation room is open every day (including weekends) from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
If donating garden produce or other perishable items, please be aware that the donation room is not emptied on Saturdays or Sundays. Please wait to donate perishable items until a weekday during normal business hours, and one of our staff members will take the items from you personally and make sure they are immediately stored appropriately.
When thinking of donating to the Merciful Help Center, think BASIC NEED. Providing basic needs to Hamilton County residents is our mission statement, and we are always refocusing on it. If you donate something that is not considered a basic need, however, we don't let it go to waste! Our Good Stewards ministry works hard to make the most of everything that's given. Even expired food goes to the farm animals!
To donate furniture please email f[email protected]. We accept basic need furniture.

fWe accept housewares in the donation room during normal receiving hours stated above.
Last but not least, if you come to donate and see that the Donation Room is full- please return the following day to donate. When items are stacked on top of each other, sometimes they break/are ruined and then of no use. We do our very best to keep the Donation Room empty at all times, but as you can imagine it fills up quickly. Please keep this in mind when you give. Thank you for respecting the space, and others' donations as well!
