Tools for School 2023 - Available May of 2023
It takes more than 1,400 volunteers to accomplish Tools for School!
We need your help to contact and register clients, gather school supplies, count and organize, distribute the supplies, backpacks, shoes, socks, underwear, coats, books, fresh produce, and guide families as they shop during the last weekend in July. We also have a serious need for Spanish translators. Teen helpers 7th grade and older are also welcome! [email protected]

From mid-October through the end of January we need volunteers to collect, sort, clean, and distribute winter wear. We give coats to families beginning on December 4 at the Merciful HELP Center AFTER the Hamilton County Kids Coats giveaways! We need your help!

CommUNITY Care Day 2023 -
We need help:

- making and labeling angels
- emptying the donation room every day
- manning the trees in the Narthex
- accepting, sorting, and inventorying donations at the MHC
- loading/unloading the trucks at the Merciful HELP Center and St. Mary's
- setting up the event on January 13, 2023
- working at the CommUNITY Care Day event on January 14, 2023

Spring Cleaning Give-Away
Come help us at this yearly spring giveaway to distribute cleaning supplies, socks & underwear, and seeds for a summer produce garden! Sign up during normal food pantries hours during the week of March 16 - 21, 2020. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CHAIRPERSON and group for this project! Please email [email protected] if interested.
